Todd Higey, General Counsel, serves as the company’s chief legal officer, overseeing a broad range of matters including monitoring, analyzing and implementation of the company’s compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. Todd has over 22 years of experience in employment law and serves on the Board of Directors for PBSA and as chair of the PACER Task Force.
