HRO Today’s magazines, web portals, research, e-Newsletters, events, and social networks reach over 180,000 senior-level HR decision-makers. HR leaders around the country rely heavily on HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Rankings when selecting an HR service provider.

HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen rankings are based on feedback from 50 providers of background screening services. The data is collected across subcategories including service, breadth, deal sizes, and quality. A predetermined algorithm was then used to weigh the questions and categories based on importance. Scores are then calculated in all three subcategories as well as an overall score.
